Essendant Sales Enablement Hub
Essendant’s sales organization needed a centralized place to communicate the value of our wholesale solutions—both internally and to customers. I was tasked with designing this Sales Enablement Hub, a WordPress page that consolidated FAQs, key features, product information, and downloadable resources into a single, easy-to-use space.
My goal was to create an experience that worked seamlessly for two audiences: sales reps who needed quick-access tools during customer conversations, and customers who needed a clear understanding of our wholesale offering. I designed the page UX, interface, and layout, incorporating quick links below the header to streamline navigation for the sales team.
In addition to the webpage, I created a 12-page printed flyer and a supporting PowerPoint deck used by the sales team to present Essendant’s wholesale solutions to enterprise clients. This project combined creative design, UX/UI thinking, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a scalable toolkit tailored to both internal and customer needs.
FWF Lobby Design
As FWF recently expanded their headquarters, their lobby got relocated. I was tasked with designing this space and overseeing any external vendor relationships required for this project. This project quickly expanded to redesigning the conference space in addition to the lobby space. I worked with our leadership team throughout the process of this lobby design.
I started this project by sending our leadership team four design concepts per space to review. We decided to move forward with an award wall and metallic FWF signage as our primary designs for the various walls.
I worked with a signage vendor to print the metallic signage.
I also sent our leadership team mockups of furniture options for the various spaces with cost breakdowns. The owner and I decided on a final direction for the interior design, which allowed for completion with the project. The various spaces are currently being set up by FWF office team members utilizing the designs that I presented.
